A teacher/professor who changed your career’s trajectory?

A co-worker who always got your back?

An employer who have you a job when others wouldn’t?

A mentor who gives great advice?

  1. My boss. He actually cares. That’s rare from what I hear. He doesn’t just pretend. He proves and acts in the interest of his employees.
And my boss’s boss gives a lot of rewards every month to the staff so that’s always appreciated. Gift cards, extra money, etc

  2. I’ve been fortunate to have numerous people like this. Currently that person is my manager. She listens to what I have to offer, gives me a good balance of autonomy and guidance, and is committed to meeting the needs of her staff. I enjoy my job and work hard because of her.

  3. There’s a lot of such people. My colleagues are so friendly and helpful. On those days when I physically go to work, I feel loved.

People I work with are also very inspiring and understanding, except for one angry woman whom I just hope to see seldom.

Also I was mostly lucky with university lecturers (with a few unpleasant exceptions that haven’t affected me thanks to all the other good professors). Guess it’s much easier to bring negative examples 😅
