Hey what’s up mate. I totally understand not wanting to go to clubs. What is the reason you want to improve confidence?
I have a lot of exercises and practices that help me build confidence but I’m not sure what your goals are. Mindset is really important; if you feel good, other people see you in a brighter light. Movement is crucial too because it keeps you healthier and more in the flow of life, which builds attraction in social situations.
Introversion is a pattern. You can find ways to be more extroverted and work that muscle until it’s easier to be more social without wasting your energy.
One big confidence booster is building your network. The more people you know, and who know you, the easier it is to navigate dating / business / life. So I would say point blank advice without knowing more about you would be to focus on meeting new people. Grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, meetup, hobbies, passions…all can work if you leverage the right skills.
