All I do is play video games and watch TV when I’m not working, but recently I’ve been super bored of those things but don’t know where to start. What new things should I try out to help me get better socially?

  1. Working out everyday for 2 hours in a gym. My life can be in the gutter sometimes but it only takes that to keep me going another day.

  2. Gym, read, go for walks, explore the city, museums, go on dates/use dating apps, go to cafes, cook, play with my cat, play sports, get a massage. You’ll get better socially when you’re comfortable with yourself first.

  3. I quit gaming a while ago, so instead I just try to do whatever I can to self-improve, or at least occupy myself in a way that isn’t actively unhealthy or unproductive. Closest thing I have to a hobby right now is going for walks occasionally. Tried getting back into drawing, but it pissed me off too much, so I quit
