Honestly wish I could be of more help but I’m unfortunately in the same boat!
Working out everyday for 2 hours in a gym. My life can be in the gutter sometimes but it only takes that to keep me going another day.
Gym, read, go for walks, explore the city, museums, go on dates/use dating apps, go to cafes, cook, play with my cat, play sports, get a massage. You’ll get better socially when you’re comfortable with yourself first.
I quit gaming a while ago, so instead I just try to do whatever I can to self-improve, or at least occupy myself in a way that isn’t actively unhealthy or unproductive. Closest thing I have to a hobby right now is going for walks occasionally. Tried getting back into drawing, but it pissed me off too much, so I quit
