I (m25) was with my crush (f21) today and she doesn’t initiate that much of an eye contact, I always look into her eyes and listen. Today I noticed when I was talking she actually looked at my eyes and she kinda looked both of them quickly, I know we can’t look at both eyes at the same time, especially when our heads are close. I remember my mother looking at my eyes rapidly changing between left and right almost as if she is inspecting them. When my crush looked at me like that I felt she was deeply interested in my words and was listening very carefully. I’m pretty sure this doesn’t mean she isn’t listening to me when she is not looking at my eyes like she did today but I don’t know. Maybe I am looking for someone to tell me that she is starting to get into me, that she is developing feelings.
She is shy and doesn’t take compliments that easy, sometimes she becomes uneasy. She admitted that she cannot look into someones eyes that deeply too.. But today was something else. I never felt such a gaze. She looked into me so intense and interested I almost forgot what I was talking about.
Tldr: My crush who is shy looked at my eyes deeply and changed between my left and right eye quickly while I was talking. She never did that and I kinda don’t know what is going inside her head.

I mean, we can’t really deduce anything from your perception of a look. And if you think it’s something then do something about it, or you’ll just be over analysing ambiguous things that may mean something or absolutely nothing
past traumas with men? That’s a tough one, but if you guys get along, then just enjoy the moment, until it gets too much.
She trusts you to an extent and enjoys your company. If you want more, you should communicate it.

That said, your gut feeling is probably at least partly right. If you think she’s into you, there’s a decent chance she’s at least interested.
