Is it normal to be in a relationship but texting another woman (a friend) all the time

1. Depends on a few different things. Mostly should be ok

2. Depeeeeends. Are they romantically interested in this person? Is that other friend romantically interested in them? Do they have an unresolved romantic or sexual history?

   When Im in a relationship I do expect to be the number 1 emotional connection..it’s fine to have friends, even with exes, but if it seems that they’re wayyyyy closer and talk wayyyyy more with their friend than me, then it would make me uncomfortable.
