As a lot of teenagers the pandemic took my years of development socially all away

And i never kept in contact with friends so i never learnt anything

So what im asking her is that people answer these questions if possible

When are you oversharing

How do you make a convo interesting without oversharing

What are some basic boundries

What are some basic conversation starters

When do you know you’re hurting someone

How do you make friends

How do you become less of a people pleaser

How do become less emotionally attached to someone

How do you properly talk to adults

What are some things you should never share

How do you grow mentally

When does someone overstep your boundaries

How do you get over a bad past

And i think thats allAs a lot of teenager the pandemic took my years of development socially all away

  1. I keep recommending this book because it helped me so much: Conversationally Speaking. Many of your questions in this list pertaining to holding conversations with others are addressed

  2. Don’t think of it like the pandemic took away those years of development. That’s only true for kids under 5-10 who are deprived of all contact, care, and love. What the pandemic did was DELAY certain developments. You are 100% capable of catching up to whatever level you as a person are capable of. On the bright side too, all your peers are in the same boat. Your teachers or parents might be like “wtf is up with kids these days” but a- they’ve always said this and b- they’re not your peers. By the time you’re looking into serious jobs, you’ll (as a micro generation) be indistinguishable from people a few years older and younger. If you take steps now to improve and grow. Check out the books mentioned in other comments 😀
