So, long story short, I’m an extremely shy guy with ADHD/autism and a very logical mind. I overanalyze things and it’s hard for me to spot the “telltale signs” in a conversation. I know that you miss 100% of the shots that you don’t take, but I don’t know where to start, or even how. Any advice?

  1. Step One: Be attractive.

    Step Two: Don’t not be attractive.

    Follow those steps and afterwards all you have to do is talk to women about pretty much anything and it won’t take long before one of them makes it obvious she’s interested.

  2. If you’re talking to a girl online tell her. If she can’t understand she’s not worth it. If she does understand maybe you can say if you want to meet up let me know. Open and honest is always good and will get you farther than you think.

  3. Don’t approach random people, make sure there’s some kind of connection first. Usually in the form of eye contact and smiles from both parties.

    You do miss 100% of the shots you don’t take but don’t embarass yourself if you think in any kind of way you’ll be embarassed/humiliated, that will stay with you longer than anything else.
