Bob and Sarah. Bob isn’t that interested in Sarah but is open to giving her a chance. Sarah goes out of her way to find and talk to Bob. Bob thinks to himself, “well I might as well help Sarah talk to me more because she seems to want to.” “Hey Sarah, let’s talk outside class!” Sarah gives an obvious fake excuse. Bob thinks, “guess I was wrong. Oh well.” After a while, Sarah returns seeking Bob’s company. Bob, a nice guy, tries again. “So, uhh, we can hangout” Sarah: “Uh, yeah…maybe. some other time. Bye.” So Bob is confused af. Help Bob.

Bob should ask Sarah on a date instead of to hangout. If Sarah says no once again, Bob should change just name back to Rob Bert or go do whatever Rob Bob Bert wants to and not worry about being intimate with Sarah.
Side note: Bob seems a little too sweaty about this situation for someone who isn’t that interested. Maybe Bob needs to work on his feelings before questioning too much about Sarah’s.
