What problems do you usually face in your day by day?

  1. Crushing loneliness, the mental issues that come from being touch starved, not being able to travel freely because I don’t have a car or much money, the general isolation of living in a small town that lost more than half its businesses during the first two years of the pandemic.

  2. life I usually have trouble getting out of bed in the morning. I also have trouble focusing on tasks and keeping a tidy home.

  3. The problems already start with getting up. I’m already not a morning person and the depression is hitting hard during winter. Then if I have to go to class I struggle with eating before, so I usually don’t and then end up hungry halfway through class. Then since I’m vegetarian my lunch options are quite limited at the university, it’s pretty tiring having to eat a cheese sandwich every day. Currently I also struggle to motivate myself to go to the gym, because going in the middle of the day when it’s full gives me anxiety, in the morning i can’t get up and i like going at night but if i have to get up early it’s obviously not great to be in the gym until 1am. And then considering my trash mental health i’d say the biggest issue daily if being happy and finding joy in doing anything, everything seems like a chore at the moment.

  4. Hiding my tears during the workday because my brain is constantly trying to emotionally hurt me

  5. Just what is the origin of homochirality in biomolecules? This has bothered me for a long time.

  6. Giving half of my paycheck to daycare and yet not working because my toddler is always sick. 🙃

  7. Recently had a bad fall and surgery so my dominant hand is not very useful. It’s very frustrating trying to do basic tasks.
