I need tips on how to smile more. I’ve gotten lots of remarks that I usually don’t smile and I want to fix this.

  1. I see no point in smiling with no reason. Besides, my smile is awkward like every facial expression.

  2. I look like a psycho with my fake smile so I just don’t smile unless something is funny. Or a half assed fake smile on me looks kinda normal.

  3. So I had a wife. She was beautiful, like you… …who tells me I worry too much… …who tells me I ought to smile more… …who gambles and gets in deep with the sharks. One day they carve her face. And we have no money for surgeries. She can’t take it. I just wanna see her smile again. Hm? I just want her to know that I don’t care about the scars. So… …I stick a razor in my mouth and do this… …to myself. And you know what? She can’t stand the sight of me. She leaves. Now I see the funny side. Now I’m always smiling.

  4. My mate he don’t know it but he saved me from suicide and the lowest in my life twice and made me a happy almost on a daily basis all because he’s a fucking idiot

  5. Move to a place where people rarely smile like poland. Now you’re smiling more, relatively speaking.

  6. You don’t. In fact frown and shoulder check men and women alike everywhere you go. Revert your language to strange grunts. Wear nothing but animal hides and carry around a comically large club.

  7. in order for a smile to be natural and genuine, you have to be happy. focus on that.

    and your dental hygiene too.

  8. Find one thing each day to appreciate and smile about. A sunset, a pretty girl, etc.

  9. Practice.

Not even joking here, but spending years hiding a desire to end it, made smiling so much easier. I don’t have those thoughts anymore, but smile a LOT. It makes my mood better, and interactions much easier.
