My husband has his heart set on painting our living room a bright peach colour. “Like the sunset” he keeps saying. I love him and want him to enjoy our house but for the love of God how do I get him off this peach train?!?

  1. He wants a pink living room? It was really nice when the paint first went up but, my gawd, that color wore on me as the years rolled past.

  2. Maybe convince him to do pops of peach in the throw pillows or a chair or something in the color instead with a neutral paint color? Explain that it will translate better over the years if you ever need to get a new couch etc.

  3. I have no advice (lol!) but really hope you can come to an agreement that works for you both! Did make me smile to see something so “real life” written in such a relatable way! There are worse things than a peach wall but I totally get your frustration. Felt like we were exasperated but laughing about it over a coffee. Ugh. Marriage! ☺️ Best of luck 👍
