weird sensations in body when masturbating?

this is gonna sound really weird i apologize in advance. when i masturbate, i feel like, a tickly sensation in my feet and hands, kinda like the antsy feeling you get when you have a lot of adrenaline. if i move either while im masturbating it sends like, shot of pleasure through my arm or leg depending on what i’m moving. when i move my hand, the feeling feels like its traveling down my arm into my chest area which is an especially erogonous zone for me. for my feet, the feeling shoots up my legs and into my genitals. is there a science behind this or am i just really weird 😭😭
