Me (20F) and my Ex (36M) broke up a few months ago. Since then, he’s tried to become friends with all of my friends and inserts himself into every space I use. What is he doing?

Since we broke up, my ex has slowly become friends with all of my friends, and has inserted himself into every discord I use, and even got himself into being in the streams I’m in.

We broke up not only because of distance, but because he was toxic, controlling, and would pressure/manipulate me all the time.

I don’t know what to do, as he’s not friends with all of my friends now.

I wanted to stay friends with him, but as things are, I have no chances away from him at all.
