So I’ve never had sex, I ordered a dildo a couple weeks back and I used it 2 times, didn’t really hurt or anything but after those 2 times I discovered that you have to pee after you’re done (which I didn’t know) so the third time I used it, I peed right after and for the next days I had to pee really often and I still have that feeling a little, I’m unable to see anything like a doc atm but I’m so confused on why this happened..?

If you didn’t clean it or clear your urinary tract each time between uses and before you may have given yourself. A minor urinary tract infection.
Is your pee cloudy, and does it smell bad? If so, you almost definitely have a UTI and you need to get medication for it. It can work its way back into your kidneys of you ignore it for too long.
If you don’t have any other symptoms, you could try drinking a lot of water and seeing if it gets better. I’m not a doctor though, and seeing a doctor is always best of course.
This makes me wonder what material the toy is and if you have an allergy or sensitivity to it, if it’s not high quality body safe silicone or a non porous material like glass or stainless steel, then you might have a reaction to it, pvc and other rubbery materials can leach some nasty chemicals into your body
