Is it generally considered a red š© if someone proposes a weekend excursion, vacation, etc. after only 1-2 dates and / or after sleeping with someone only once?
Does it make a difference if the plans are 2-3 months or more in the future?
Also, how common is this? How often has it happened to you or have you done it?

Stop worrying about what is considered normal and judge your suggestion based on the reaction of the person you are suggesting it to. If they seem apprehensive be like “eh, it was just a thought” and if they are interested go forward with it. Be as romantic as you want to be, a relationship is just a process of understanding and accepting one another.
