Hiya! I’ve been distraught recently. I a 19 trans f and a 19 demiboy, both love eachother a lot and we both wanted a relationship but distance was difficult. We tried and it didn’t last a month but we both still like eachother. Then he texted me today that he wants to date a man for their next relationship. I understand his thinking wanted to do something new and live a little. He’s only dated one male before and wants to do more. He’s said that he still loves me and likes me in that way but wants to do this first and feels horrible for doing this but he just wants to try some other options for a little bit longer. I support this idea in full but I was going to go down to where they live in April and was planning on staying for 2 weeks. I was going to ask for them to be my partner. I don’t know what to do. I still want to go down there becuase they are still one of my best friends and sees me for who I am better than most people. I just want to be with them. I don’t know what to do, what should I do?
TL;DR Me and some I love who also loves me back wants to try to date men before dating another female. I’m going down in April for two weeks. What should I do?
