  1. Stop drinking cow milk.
Exercise daily at least a little.
    Saving money.
Moisturizing and using skin care products.
Using good and proven natural hair products in the shower.
Learn to cook healthy and efficient CHEAP meals.
Find alternative ways for things that don’t require money. Like traveling by bike rather than car.
Stop paying for apps or services monthly you don’t need.
    Consume less sugar.

  2. Taking care of my body and exercise regularly. Good thing I still keep using my hometrainer these days

  3. Selling my classic car for whatever I can get and converting the garage to a home gym and/or art studio.

  4. Unalive myself.

I’m the future self of my past and I fucking wish I did it sooner, before more people started counting on me.

  5. At least 10 minutes of real 135-145 bpm cardio before I go to bed… god I don’t wanna, but the internet seems to be guilt-reminding me I should.

  6. Stop drinking alcool on a daily basis. Im what you can call a functionnal addict : rarely drunk, but i always have a beer no too far on my free time.

  7. Therapy/Psychiatric care.

I have an appointment with a psychiatrist in a few days. Can’t wait. 🤞

  8. Working out/training

    Gaining financial education

    Honing your discipline

    Investing

Taking time for the people you care about

    Taking care of your body

    Forming healthy habits

    Being kinder

    Contributing to your community

Reflecting upon your principles, biases, morals, ethics, death, time, and happiness

  9. If I started trying to become a succesfull youtuber 2 years earlier I would have 5 years to succesfully execute my plan. I have 3 years (2.5 years left) to get a minimum of 10k subs and I am at 66… Only at 1k I can move on to the next part of my masterplan. If I fail to reach my goal before my study is over I am forced to probably take a journalist related job and I really don’t want that

  10. Never gave in to the vices of smoking, drinking or drugging.

There are people in the world who feel if you’re not into one of these things then you are no fun to hang around.

I’m in my 50’s now and by the grace of God in great/near perfect health. And all those “fun” people…?

Some of their stories didn’t end so well…
