First date went well, but now she’s ignoring me?

Okay so a little context, I matched with this girl on tinder about a month ago and we’ve been talking quite regularly. She even asked me (m) on a first date and I organised it and we had a picnic in a botanical garden. The date went extremely well we had a lot in common and she kept complimenting me the whole time during the date and I think it went really well. I think we really hit it off, she was laughing the whole time and kept telling me this is one of the best dates she’s been on and I loved how much effort I put into it. At the end of the date she planned and asked me about going on a second date and I agreed and we both suggested that we go dinner and a movie. Fast forward a couple of days and she is now leaving me on read all the time and sometimes ignores my messages. I have no idea why she’s doing this. Can someone please explain what happened? I’m very confused and I’m wondering if I did something wrong.
