ive notice this for a while but when im talking to people i tend to not look at them or close one of my eyes mostly the left one when looking at them. Or i also almost close my eyes like when you try to see something from afar. I dont feel when its going to happen and when it happens i just relax my face muscles but i know it would happen again. so i tend to not look at people when talking because its going to happen (and i also feel weird when i look at people faces for too long and i get distracted but thats not the main thing) Any information? im i supposed to be worry or is this normal? Any tips to stop doing this or something?

Look for the forehead, people don’t notice and you can focus better.
Try to expose yourself to more eye contact.
Smile to strangers with brief eye contact.
Do this daily and you’ll notice a big difference in how you feel and react to strong eye contact
