4. No, it’s a red flag. but Ask yourself why’s he enjoying her company more than yours? Does she have a better sense of humour, nicer to him, less naggy? Or just hotter. All factors to consider, since this sounds like an emotional affair

5. Not really. It’s fine to be friends with your coworkers, but your partner should have talked to you about that friendship before you found out they were texting regularly. I have a coworker I’m friends with. We talk basketball all the time and go to games together so we don’t have to go alone. Neither one of us are interested in the other, so there would be nothing to hide.

   If you partner is 30 and she is 50 and ugly you are probably safe

   I just had a coworker who was crossing boundaries like crazy. My wife did NOT like what she saw at the Christmas party. “She was all over you.”
