I suck at starting convos so just wondering what are some good openers or questions that I could ask at work or say?

  3. A person’s favorite conversation topic is themselves. So ask about his or her interests and hobbies, etc. And If it’s into the context of asking questions about his or her work:

    – What do you find exciting about this job?
    – Do you take your job home with you?
    – If all jobs paid the same, would you change your career?
