Men or women of reddit over the age of 50, when you were in your 30s and early 40s, what was your favorite pass time activity?

1. Playing video games

2. Wife and I used to target shoot, rifle and pistol. We stopped when we had kids, Shortly after we stopped the UK law was changed to kill off the sport.

3. Jerk off

4. 20s: Magic the Gathering.
   30s: Magic the Gathering/Dungeons and Dragons.
   40s: Dungeons and Dragons.

5. I did another bsc degree from 38 to 41. Loved to run marathons with my friends group, biking&hiking, travelling with my now ex-wife. Spent alot time with the kids. In hindsight it was the best time in my life, 5 years later everything was broken.

6. 30s – Video Games.

   40s – Warhammer (other tabletop games – miniatures).

   My 30s were pretty busy, so didn’t have a lot of energy where I wanted to leave my house. 40s, while I am married (so always have companionship) I wanted to get out of the house and hang out with some dudes. So I got into tabletop gaming.

7. Woodworking and metalworking. A small hobby shop won’t ever produce anything of extremely high quality, but it was enough for me to just make small things.
