Am i wrong for blocking him?

I was talking to this guy right i met him online and everything. When i first met him he just wanted to be “Friends” with me and at the time he had a girlfriend. He also had a only fans account right so tell why why he added me to his close friends on instagram and he was showing me all the girls he was with & i didnt think nothing of it because you know its really none of my business lol. A few weeks later he texts me and say his girlfriend broke up. He starts flirting with me and then boom we started “dating” and mind u i only knew him for a week and we was already “dating” but with him he is a total narcissist literally like he would always be joking literally like it would only be a few times where we had a normal conversation and he enjoyed dark humor alot as well and he always talked about hisself alot too saying he graduated top of his class & that hes an
“intellectual” anyways he always sends me good morning text and one day he didn’t he left me on read so i blocked him. Like i do not trust him at all lol like he gives major red flags plus also when i met him he told me how he used to play women back in the day by going to the “heartbroken” women lol
