I work from office for all 5 days a week and I am at the worst mental state I have ever been. I often get ignored, get talked over and get the cold shoulder treatment from many of my co workers, especially one of my coworkers who sits right besides me is particularly rude towards me and would only talk work with me and would have endless conversations with literally any other coworker. I always feel left out even if I give my 100% during conversations. I try to be funny and even ask about their lives but hardly get any response. I don’t want to be approached only for any work related talks. Is there any way to feel accepted? This is affecting my mental health and I have no motivation to go to the office. Please help.
