What state has the best drivers, and which state has the worst drivers?

Alaska because of sparse population.
Delaware, because it’s fictitious and therefore can be anything anyone wants it to be.
Florida.
I will not be taking questions at this time.
“Utopia” in Latin means “no place” so Delaware is my vote
I’ve never been but both liberals and conservatives seem to like New Hampshire so I pick there.
Uh, none.
I’ve never been able to visit but probably Massachusetts because it’s accepting, progressive and prosperous.
I do not think any place in the US (or on earth for that matter) is close to a utopian society lol
Massachusetts given their HDI, quality of life, etc.
Pigeon Forge
None
Probably one of the New England states and it’d still be really far off
None. They’re all just America. Stable, functional states with all the usual benefits and drawbacks you get in a human-run democracy.
How do you define a utopia?
Utopia is a lie. No one is close to one.
None. They’re all a mess.
But maybe Vermont.
Boston area so Massachusetts,
But also most good suburbs in the US if we don’t really consider states. Like Philly suburbs are fantastic, Texas suburbs like sugarland, Irving or Plano for instance. Chicago suburbs like Hoffman Estates or Naperville. Heck even places like Hoover, Al or Ridgeland, MS are quite good.
College towns also tend to be really nice places with the added bonus of not sleeping
Utah has it all, it’s definitely them
It doesn’t exist.
Vermont
Is it heaven? No…it’s Iowa
Branson, MO
Maybe before we make a bunch of uneducated guesses you should state what exactly your definition of “utopia” is, and then you’ll understand that no place on Earth even remotely resembles it.
Santa Barbara
Utopia is the pipe dream of idiots or mass murderers.
The State psychiatric ward.
Maine. They have Stephen King, Moxie, and a cool accent, ayup
It’s totally subjective and will vary person to person. For me…. One of the Western mountain states. Like Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, etc. I love the scenery of those states, it’s absolutely beautiful there
West Virginia, obviously. It’s almost heaven.
NJ because we think it’s better here and don’t care what anyone else says, which is what I assume people who are deluded enough to think they live in a utopia believe as well.
Well there was that one time where I found some mushrooms in a field and I really thought that I had found utopia for a few hours.
Hawaii if there were no people.
Utopia is a meaningless, subjective concept. But if you’re looking for a nice place that isn’t a total mess, try the Pacific states or New England. Maybe Colorado.
No joke, Utah. I felt so dirty as an atheist liberal heathen outsider visiting that perfect little utopia the Mormons built for themselves. Everywhere I’ve visited there has been utterly beautiful, safe, the people have been so darn pleasant, the infrastructure has looked new and relatively well-maintained, and there’s always something fun to do nearby.
Maine, Wyoming, New Hampshire
Utopia is just a word to help convince people that I am right and you are wrong because my plan and ideology leads to a Utopia and yours doesn’t. Vote for me, Every Political Leader Ever.
Catholic monasteries and nunneries. All by choice and well run.
Florida. Everyone is truly free there to do as they please. This is why we see articles titled “Florida man/woman does (enter psycho event)”
None of them.
MyState is flawless in every way, while OtherState makes North Korea look functional and civilized.
Ohio. People just say it doesn’t exist so they can keep the Utopia all to themselves.
not california
