  1. Spending time with friends 24/7, being alone with your thoughts after a breakup is a nightmare, always be talking to someone and it helps a LOT.

  2. Not my proudest moment, it was years ago, after a bad break up I was at a really low point and I reactivated my tinder account to see how many matches I’d get. I guess I just needed to feel wanted. It worked for a day or two. Eventually I moved on.

  3. Focus on hobbies or activities you love and enjoy. Like painting, going for walks, going gym, reading, whatever it may be

  4. Start working out. It will make you feel good physically and mentally once you get started.
