what is wrong with me and this Girl?

Hi! I have issue with my coworker.

She asking me if she can trade my shift with her shift cuz she needs to go travel, appointment, or hang out or something. I like to help others and I accept if I can do that.

But the problem is when I declined, she kinda pushes me like it needs to be swapped or she really needs it or don’t get back to me or blueticking me. Still, if she is not available, she can ask for manager and have her shift cancled.

I don’t understand why I deserved like that..

Beside those issues, for manytimes she went her home for an hour while we worked together because she needed to check her cat. And she never appologized when she was late for 30 mins and I needed to cover those 30mins (for those 30mins she was paid while i didn’t). For those, I couldn’t tell manager/or she already knows but doesn’t give a sh!t.

I’m quite stressed and depressed for those since i found it as i’m not respected..

Am i being paranoid or she doen’t respect me?.. and how can I tackle it?..
