I (19) have been talking to this girl(17). She doesnt replyy short but her reply time often takes so long sometimes hours, if not, the next day. I’m not sure if she’s just too busy or not interested. I havent asked her out yet and I’m planning to. I’m bad at reading signs of interest. Should her reply if I ask her out will determine if shes interested? or is she already showing no interest since she replies late?

You’re assuming too much. Just ask her out and know for sure. Judging by texting time is inconclusive.
Need a little more context. Does she consistently reach out to you in texts/calling or does it feel like you’re always starting a conversation?
These type of people can be really hard to read. She could be busy, she might forget to reply… or she could be uninterested. From my experience, the best you can do is just ask her out. If you see that she replies, but just takes a long time to answer, you will never know the reason for that occuring.
So just ask her out, she will probably take long to reply, and she will either agree to go out, or maybe put up an excuse. Regardless, i personally wouldn’t invest much thought into it, since it can be draining to do so. In the meantime, you could talk to another girl. That’s what dating is about, you don’t need to stick to someone, specially when it’s annoying to wait so long for them.
Just remember, that your time is valuable!
