Hello guys! Sorry for this post is going to be long and please bare with me specially my grammar for english is not my first language. Ive been having a great time with this wonderful girl I meet after me and my ex broke up. But the thing is whenever we have sex I cant achieve erection, and worst I got premature ejaculation. First and foremost, I am not addicted to porn, 2nd is I worder why I cant achieve erection coz when me and my ex have sex last year even a slight of her touch made my dick so hard as a diamond and it got to the part where Its a burden anymore coz it is so hard that It takes a lot of time just to cum and the tip of my dick is already sore. Lol

When it comes to love, I am pretty sure that I have no feelings with my ex anymore and my new found woman is so hot, much bigger tits and ass, thicc per say which i prefer, and more importantly much higher sex appeal. The only problem I have with her is she doesnt like sucking me. I tried to convince her to do it, and luckily she did but just a few minutes. I am not comparing her to my ex but my ex loves to suck almost every night and she likes to swallow my children that it became a kink for us that she will be punished if she spits it or even puke.

Now my new girl doesnt like that, I told her to swallow it but theres no chance of doing that like just thinking about it makes her puke. I dont mind it though coz every woman is different but the good thing is shes trying.

Another possible reason I have in mind is maybe I consume a lot of sugar. When me and my ex separate ways, I spend no time suffering from depression and went to the gym. Now, as my physique improves, so as my addiction to coffee. I drink 3 coffee a day, sometimes 4 before working out and it has a lot of sugar like you can actually taste the sweetness. When I stopped putting a lot of sugar in my coffee we noticed a slight improvement in my erection. My d hard for the first time but still I came very fast. The last time we have sex is last sunday but i am drunk at that time, i achieve erection but whenever I put it in it shrink fast.

Luckily this woman doesnt mind what my problem is and so supportive and I am very thankful for that.

So what do you think guys? I knew for myself that I dont have porn addiction, and my medical exam says I dont have diabetes. Thank you!

  1. Could be pelvic floor imbalances. Could have resulted from starting gym.

Usually cutting back on sugar promotes good vascular health which is why your erection might have improved.

  2. I dated and married the love of my life after a bad divorce. I was as hot for this girl as possible, and still am. I was in no way hung up on my ex. I was thrilled to be gone. But I had some similar issues in the sack Basically my mind/body had to accept the changes in my life before I truly became comfortable. I occasionally took a pill like viagra for a while, maybe 6 months. Now I haven’t taken anything for years. I just needed to get over some mental/emotional issues, that I wasn’t really aware of. And it’s not like I figured out some issue in therapy or something. Nope. I just needed to get my body caught up with my mind.

My basic point is, I don’t think there is anything wrong with getting some assistance with the goal of it being temporary. After and if your new relationship remains serious, you probably will stop needing to rely on a pill.

If none of this rings true, you might have some vascular issue or something. Go see a doctor, lose weight.

  3. Clean up your diet less processed foods and sugar, and more all natural ingredients

Add more fitness to your life including weight training and cardio

Get your hormone levels checked, this is a huge factor for many aging men.

Consider seeing a naturopath and/or Chinese medicine doctor, both of these have very detailed understanding of sexual performance health with natural based solutions.

If you add one herb into your diet, add high quality ginseng. Don’t buy the cheapest you can find, it needs to be higher quality. Well sourced Ginseng will be a game changer for any man in the bedroom
