When was the last time the “trash” in your life took itself out?

1. I had a bad manager and was looking for a job change to move away from him. He must have been feeling pressure from others as well, he left the company before I made my move. So I got to stay in the role I liked (minus him as manager) and I got a new manager that is 1000x better. She *listens* to her employees instead of just handing down mandates.
