Basically the title of the post…I work from home so all much communication for the most part is group chats.
Sometimes very rarely there’s an interaction most of the time what I say goes into the wind unless I help answer a question then I get the occasional thank you. Otherwise the jokes fall flat, the chats get ignored and I’m basically not involved.
Other times online gaming on MMORPGS I can try to talk to near by players and I get ignored and they continue conversations completely ignoring what I said when it was relevant to the discussion.
I know I’m not owed anything like a response of even acknowledgement right. But maybe there’s some way I can improve? This sucks cause I want to start becoming the charismatic kind that can walk into a ro and just conversate but I keep getting ignored and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong
