I don’t come either when getting pegged. Maybe I need a bigger dildo lol. The position we do is doggy. She’s behind me and I’ll have my ass in the air or I’ll lay down and I’ll have her hips on top of me, with her arms to the side of me holding her up. Sometimes she’ll put both arms on my shoulders.
We have not done missionary style yet but I think we will try that now that we have a sex wedge and that’ll elevate my bit, making it higher and easier for her.
We’ve only done it a couple times but I don’t come from it either. I did once, but she was rubbing my dick so I think that was why. As for positions, doggy is pretty obvious but if the dildo is in the harness in the “up” position, she’s not hitting your p spot because it’s on the front wall. I think I’m the back is best but it’s tough if you don’t have good hip flexibility and if you don’t like feeling like a sub or whatever that one may not be fun. The easiest and basic, which you 2 probably did, is you on all 4s or bent over on your elbows with your butt in the air. Another easy one is her on her back and you lower yourself onto her.
I usually do reach around for my husband. Some guys go soft at first when they’re penetrated. My husband does sometimes, but not always. If he does, reach around gets him hard again.
If you’re going to do “missionary” or as close to what passes for it, put some pillows under your butt. It makes access to you easier for her.
