Ive been texting this guy from October and i noticed how weird and clingy he was by November. I started to be very cold and late with my replies but he would still text back in SECONDS (no joke) no matter what time of day i reply. Ive hinted that i don’t like texting him 24/7 and i get busy but still no luck. One time he texted “are you being cold on purpose ?” And I literally replied with “yes.” Then he proceeded to talk about his veins?!? and how cool they look ??? I just don’t know how to handle this situation and I’m not very good with confrontation. Ive already ghosted him for a week now because i have no idea what to reply to him and I’m now very stressed from his “presence” but i feel bad …. Should i just continue? Or do i text him something ?

Just tell him you’re not interested in him. If he keeps on texting you then at least you can say you were honest with him and maybe you won’t feel so bad never speaking to him again
Is this an acquaintance or someone you met on a dating app or something? Do you think he has feelings for you or is he just clingy as a friend?
You text him something like “Hey, I wish you the best, but I’m not really interested in being in contact any longer.” At that point, feel free to block.
No need to feel bad he probably just doesn’t talk to girls that much ,you pulling back should help him learn social cues. Give it time.
