I think it depends on what you said in the last message that she ignored and how much you like her.
It’s a safe bet she was seeing someone else in that time, but it didn’t work out and she remembered that there could have been something there with you, so she reached back out. It’s really a question of are you ok with the risk of things not working out/possibly getting ignored again or does it not seem worth the risk?
