What is a talent that you are most proud of?

1. Cooking and baking. I’m not at the point where I can make my own recipes, but my adjustments to recipes are divine.

3. I am a doctor and I proud it because I can help other people. Unfortenelly I saw many awful things.

5. Cooking and baking. I have a 100+ year old recipe book that’s been handed down through my family for generations of women, and I’ve added lots of my own recipes to it over the years. Coming up with a new idea, experimenting with flavours until it’s perfect, and then finally being able to serve the finished product of something you worked so hard on is a wonderful feeling.

   Just this weekend I finally perfected my toffee apple loaf cake recipe so it can finally be added to The Book. I think it’s next owner is going to be my nephew, its first male recipient, who’s turning into a proper little Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen.
