So I’m a 25 yr old guy and I’ve been Having a phenomenon. I’ve been hooking up a lot but whenever I start throwing “girlfriend” they basically don’t want that besides sexual relationship, Is it me ? I honestly don’t think my personality is that abrasive but yeah if more context is needed I will provide I guess. I’m not desperate for answers but I’d like to hear others perspective on something like this…

After how long have you mentioned ‘girlfriend’? If the frame of the relationship has already been set as just hooking up, it might just not be something they expected from you, also, depending on how you’re meeting these girls, if they’ve already stated they don’t want anything more, it probably wouldn’t change (depending on how early on you’re in the relationship).
