I’m an RA at my college and I got feedback from my residents. I got criticism I know I needed, and I want to be a better RA for myself and for my residents. The main thing is that I’m not present and wasn’t socializing much with them. I tried to put out fun and educational programs, but none of them showed up.
What can I do to intereact more with my residents?
