I bought one today. The Torch Stroker, a bit better than the hand but not really what I was expecting. Seems like there’s too much suction. The back was making a lot of noise and also the strokes weren’t smooth at all. It felt like I had to force myself inside the thing every time. I was using water based lube that they sold in the store. I’m pretty disappointed because I’ve heard people have gotten dangerously addicted to Fleshlights but while I was in the middle of “pleasing” myself with the Torch I was having buyers remorse.

Could I have been using the wrong lube? Not enough lube even though it was dripping out the back? Is the Torch a shitty product in general? I’m kinda mad.

  1. I bought a Fleshlight and it was so tight that I couldn’t get into it. It turns out my average size dick is girthy, and the toy does not stretch like a pussy to accommodate it.

So measure both length and girth first and then select a toy that fits. Unfortunately the toys don’t list the girth range that they work with. The good news is [this site](https://bedbible.com/fleshlight-size-chart/) has the specifications so that you can buy one that fits.

  2. Have zero expectations, just open-minded curiosity. Look into Tenga Eggs if you’re wanting something with less of a suction. Penis in vagina sex makes noises too. Also, it sounds like the one you have may be too small for you if it feels like you have to force it. Many types have a variety of non-smooth walls in order to mimic the interior of the vagina and/or increase stimuli. Look carefully at the interior if you prefer smooth. Warm the toy and the lube first. You can usually do so safely by submerging into hot water for a few minutes. The lube being water based is probably required to prevent degradation of the material of the toy. However, there are many types of water based lubes that have different viscosity as well.

All of this is an exploration. No two penises are alike. And no doubt experience changes perception and desires.

Amazon has adult toys, usually for less money than a traditional brick & mortar store. For privacy, you purchase an Amazon gift card and have items sent to a nearby Amazon locker for you to pick up.

    Have fun exploring.

  3. I think the fantasy of sex toys is always better than the reality, for men anyways. I’ve never bought a sex toy I was pleased with for personal use. Some are better than others, but none are worth the money (my opinion, not objective).

  4. Hahahaha.

I definitely fell into the buyers remote category with male sex toys.

I owned a fleshlight a long time ago when I was single, unbearably horny, and less experienced with dating. It was nice, it was definitely nice to mix it up compared to just the ole hand, but at the end of the day it just didn’t do it for me.

It was less convenient than the hand, and not even close to as good as real sex.

You might enjoy one of those “torso” toys a bit more so you can actually fuck it properly. I dabbled a bit in that area and it was much much better than a fleshlight.

  5. So fleshlights. Back when I used them. Had a screw on lid on the back side. You would loosen that up a bit to lessen suction. Screw it on tighter to increase.

If it was too tight then I would have the same problem.

  6. Is there a hustler store near you? They have a toy table, obviously you can’t use it on your junk, but it’s a good way to get a feel for texture/vibration/size/width. That’s what me and my girlfriend do when we’re looking at new toys for us 🤷‍♂️

  7. I bought a toy called The Dark Knight by Norway. Its a $50 toy. Its a rotating, thrusting stroker. It’s fantastic, especially for the price, but these things are mass produced like crazy using cheap motors. You will find them on amazon under some generic ass names. I dont suspect mine will last long, but it definitely has paid for itself.

    For $50, i highly recommend.

  8. Get a variation of the Tenga Flip Zero. Feels way better than a Fleshlight and the suction is 😩. The clean up is the worst part about sex toys. The Tenga actually opens up so you can clean all of the nooks and crannies. I leave it over a floor vent to dry afterwards. It’s an absolute breeze and honestly feels close to the real thing. I have the Tenga Flip Zero Gravity Black. Black is tighter than White. The gravity is the newest interation.
