On dating apps i dont seem to get many matches but when i do it is always black women. Let me make it clear that i have no problem with this i just noticed it. Could there be a reason for this or is this coincidental? I have only gotten a dozen or so matches on dating apps over the past three years and all but one were black women.

As a black woman, some just have “the look”. It isn’t a bad thing. And because you might have this “look” other races of women might not think you’re open to dating them OR (and this is going to sound awful) they just don’t like that you have that look.
Honestly, it just like when you see a white guy on an app, and he’s got the camo, holding the fish, too many us flags lol, that Ryan Sheckler hair cut , etc I would assume he only dated white women. Obviously this isn’t a definite thing but it usually stops me from even trying. Even if he’s cute.
What kind of hair cut do you have, how do you dress, where do you live, are your group pics diverse ? People are weird visual creatures who will create their own narratives lol maybe just write “open to all races”
Are they in the same country like you? Do they have children? Education?
I’m in a similar boat where 90% of matches are from East Asian women. (I swipe all races). I have no idea why this is, but just take what life throws at me.
I mean I only match with Asian girls, you take what life gives you man.
I’m older (53M)and find the type who finds me attractive goes in waves. It has gone by race, height, and other factors.
The only thing consistent for me is athletic white women never went for me, even when I was super buff.
Actually, black women used to ignore me. Until 2022. I haven’t dated one yet, but I am getting attention from a black woman who could be a supermodel. Go with the flow…

Had a black GF in my early 20’s for 4 years. Kinda sucked… she had a great career opportunity in the UK and i didn’t go. That was a hard few years after…
I am a Redneck, but Black girls love me. I have always done better with Latinas and Sisters then White girls. Race is stupid anyway, why is this a problem?

As a white male, I get a lot of attention from black women but don’t mind. I’m more focused on a strong connection.
I wouldn’t be shocked if you live in a state with a high AA population. It would answer the “why.”
