I was never all that sad from my breakups so far…
To get over someone, get under someone 👍🏻 mad but it works
With time. At first when it is fresh it will feel like the end of the world. I thought about the break all day everyday for a long time and cried a lot. Eventually I stopped crying about it then slowly stopped thinking about it.
This is gonna sound lame but I started loving myself and what made me fully move on was realizing how I was not treated how I should’ve been. That closure you were looking for? You can provide that to yourself. Stop remembering the relationship as purely good moments because there was a reason that you broke up. Finally, time. Time passes by and heals wounds. It may not be what it once was but it least heals them enough to get you going.
