I (20) really like eating pussy and fi gering my gf (f20) but I get really sore and can’t go on for long. It’s my jaw, tongue fi gers and wrists that hurt the most.
Are there any exercises I can do on my own to train and last longer?

  1. Stuff that will get your mouth moving. Memorize the words to your three favourite rap songs, read aloud, start talking to yourself when you’re alone, stuff like that.

    As for your wrists, there’s plenty of grip trainers. Find one that’s not super hard, and get lots of reps in
