I found out my boyfriend has been texting his ex. We’ve kinda been going through a rough patch for the past couple days. But I recently found out that he has been texting his ex and they have been talking about what went wrong in their past relationship.And the things that led up to their breakup. I guess maybe getting closure on it.
One of his statements that stood out to me that he texted to her was ” Had we not broken up, I would’ve married you”. She’s also in a relationship currently with someone else. But Does that mean anything? Should I bring it to his attention and question it?
I love him but I don’t know what to do.
I feel like I should ask him about it but I don’t want to make a big deal out of it if I don’t have to, since they did break up for a reason and I’m guessing those thoughts and feelings were what they felt in the past.
