I guess have a partial frenulum tear . It was bleeding for 3-4 minutes . It’s been 4 days looks like the wound has healed

When can resume sexual activities 😆
Any suggestions if u have gone through similar condition .?
how to make sure there is no re-occurrence and how to strengthen it ?!

  1. Mine tore when I was a teenager. It healed torn, so no more problems for me and no concern of re tearing it. No advice really.

  2. Several weeks depending on the severity.
    Use lube until you’re absolutely certain it won’t tear again (generally a little lube is the answer to better sex, whether it’s commerical, natural vaginal lubricants, or saliva etc)

    Condoms *should* help. Polysporin/Neosporin on the tear. It will heal, be patient. It absolutely can tear again if you’re too eager
