My bf and I have been together for 2 and a half years(long distance) and he’s cummed in me every single time. We’ve both been tested for stds and are on birth control, so that’s not an issue. The issue for me is that I keep getting BV every single time we do it.
Since we’re long distance, when we do see each other, we’ll have sex +3/day. I can’t use the suppositories right after him cumming in me since I’ll be having a lot discharge for a whole day & will need at least 2 suppositories(days) for it to clear up. This would mean no sex while we’re together, only the first time, since our visits usually last a weekend. Both him and I love our sex life, but after he cums in me the first time, I know that things aren’t fresh down there so I won’t let him go down on me and I get insecure about it. This doesn’t affect sex since the discharge/smell is almost nonexistent, but it’s still enough for me to not let him go down on me.

What can I do to prevent this? I pee right after sex and condoms still cause this issue, so what else can I try?

  1. Ok, I’m gonna post the obvious stereotypical response. Have you talked to your Dr about this? To me it sounds like your doing everything right. You might be prone to them. Time to ask a medical professional in my opinion.

  2. One of my exes had this issue too. We were both STD clean but pretty much every time we had sex and I came inside of her, she got BV. At some point she ended up going to urgent care with a UTI and that was a whole lot of not fun at all. It really put a dent in our sex life.

She talked to her MD and got the suppository pills too, but same deal, I’d only see her every weekend or every other weekend so if we had sex on Friday and she used one that would be the only sex we’d have.

Ultimately the only way we fixed it was religiously showering immediately before and immediately after any remotely sexual act. Sometimes together, sometimes not. But that extra cleanliness seemed to stave off all of the BV/UTI issues.

  3. It’s a PH thing, semen and vaginas are different PH, and it’s throwing yours off. Might be easier to finish elsewhere.

  4. I think that the fastest and easiest option would be for him to try and not cum inside you, bit rather on your chest/stomach/mouth….
