I started to work as a salesperson at a pet shop about two weeks ago, my first rela job.

I’m introverted and get distracted easily.
My boss told me to try to talk more with clients. I laso had some minor mistakes loading a sale to the system.

How do I get to be more talkative and get less distracted?

Also, is it a good idea to tell her that I’m researching and working in my difficulties with the job?

I want to show her my interest in the job, that I’m self critical and want to improve

For context, the job is temporary and I have to perform well to get it to be permanent
