I am texting with a guy daily for a month. He sends me good morning texts every morning, want to call me every day. We was always texting me and calling me first. He asked me many times to come to meet, but I am on some trip. In one week I will go back to place where he lives and we should finally meet. Suddenly in last one week he doesn’t send me messages every day and doesn’t call me. But he mention few days ago that he can not wait to see me. I don’t understand. Is he scared not to mess it up now when he could finally see me soon or what is the problem? I never showed him that I am very interested in him, and was bit distant…like we will meet maybe. But in the end I was like we will meet. Why he acte like this now?

He’s put in all the effort to text and call first, you yourself were distant and not enthusiastic about meeting, and you’re really confused on why he might be put off?

This is one reason I don’t like these long penpal sessions. It makes the meeting really stressful
