What do kids have that adults should also have? (or re-obtain)

  1. Meals already planned and taken care of. Also nap time. Hell my grooming(hygiene) too!!

  2. Play time. If adults set some time aside for play time like doing a fun activity, run around/move around everyday, spend some time with a favorite hobby like doing a puzzle, reading a book it would do wonders to our mental health!
