Rogue trader now magically wants to come and complete the work but not convinced, how best to prepare?

Hi

I recently posted about a rogue trader builder who was playing games when it came to doing my housework.

So I reported them already to the council, police, action fraud, trading standards and the bank since I was very concerned they were taking the piss and doing a runner

Now magically out of nowhere the builder is now saying sorry for not coming and says he will be back mid next week.

To be honest, they did the same thing last time and then never turned up so I am not too convinced

In case they actually turn up, how do I prepare since I already reported them everywhere as I am effectively fed up
