I (18 M) am a freshmen in college and I have yet to make any close friends. Two nights ago I got invited to the club by my friend and her friends but I just didn’t talk at all. I was friends with the person that invited me and I do talk a lot around her. But this time I just couldn’t. Everyone could tell I was shy. I felt so insecure in myself and I came off as very nervous. I don’t know why I just couldn’t be confident around these people. Even though I’d seen some of them before. I also have very bad anxiety and worry about what others think of me. Is there any advice for me?
