Then you might need to decide what you pursue.
Either you persevere until you find the spark again or you put it down and find something that makes you happy. What you do when the thing you do makes you miserable is dependent on how risk averse one may be.

Plenty of things: fast car driving, extreme sports, drugs, alco. Lot of activities has quite a high probability of heavy consequences in the future. What is the true question you want to ask?

I’m a very very impulsive and compulsive person. Everything I do gets me to that place at some point.
Relationships, hobbies, all kinds of drugs and alcohol, food, and a bunch of stuff in general have all been amazing and brought me to terrible lows.
When that happens, I suffer until I can’t suffer more then quit and find the next thing. I have a high tolerance for suffering though.
